ANXIETY – Do I have anxiety?


Anxiety finds it’s way into our minds when life’s stressors get out of control. We find ourselves plagued with worrisome and fearful thoughts about a situation we have no resolution for. A good definition of anxiety is fearful feelings that are intense, excessive, and that do not let up about a situation. Severe anxiety can interfere with your daily life, causing you to lose sleep and the inability to perform for job and relational responsibilities.

Anxiety can be temporary and last for a few days. However, if it lasts for more than 2 weeks it becomes clinical, and that point, professional care may help.
